I seek an area of responsibility within the field of applied behaviour analysis that involves exposure to developmental and intellectual disabilities, child development and psychological disorders. My aim is to apply academic and practical knowledge in approaching diverse cases, provide supervision and training for direct-care staff and families, as well as disseminating knowledge of the field. With a strong foundation in business management and hands-on practical experience, I am able to analyse from both a clinical and managerial perspective to establish effective systems. Motivated by the prospect of continuous learning and development, I aspire towards contributing to society and establishing a strong foundation in the behavioural sciences while expanding my knowledge of the vast field of behaviour analysis
